Q. How do I know if an NRP book contains graphic content, of which I may not approve?

A. All NRP books contain a significant amount of graphic sexual content. However, books that contain specific “kink” content, such as BDSM and/or other sexual role playing are labeled as such. Please pay close attention to the graphic content warnings in the book blurb.

Q. How do I know which file format to choose when I purchase a book through NRP?

A. We make this EASY! NRP books are available in three different formats: HTML, PDF and Mobipocket, and when you purchase a book from Noble Romance Publishing, you get all three formats!. If you have a handheld device, use the format that will work with that device. In general, the Mobipocket version seems to work best with the Franklin E-bookman, the HTML version works best with The Hiebook, and the PDF version works best with the Sony Reader (you'll need to use your Sony utility to transfer the book to your device.) For all other general purpose PDAs, use the version that works best with your device. If you have any trouble with any of the formats, please feel free to contact us at Customer Service and we will do everything we can to assist you.

If you intend to read your new ebook on your computer, NRP recommends you download MSReader. To print out and read an ebook, we recommend using a PDF version. You can download Adobe Reader to read your PDF files here. Both MSReader and Adobe Reader software may be downloaded for personal use, free of charge.

Q. Can I return or exchange an ebook?

A. Due to the difficulty in tracking ebooks, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at Customer Service. We'll make every effort to resolve the situation in a satisfactory manner.
